The Dark Mistress 3

Farai Jongwe, commonly know as FJ by friends and family was a dashing and adventurous 39 year old with a casanova complex. Never been married, 7 baby mamas and 9 kids. An expert in the art of seducing women into his bed. A nyphomaniac with an excessive and uncontrollable sexual desire for women. He met Nerudo at a business start up symposium and they were paired up for an impromptu presentation on a business model for consultancy. Their minds merged in those 10mins that the two gents hit it off from there and 10years later they were partners in one of the leading advertising agency in the country. As a business partner, FJ was brilliant, determined with a grit to achieve success. Nerudo kept FJ because of that energy, he was charming and knew how to seal deals. They made a fortune plus several cases of sexual misconduct from FJ who had trouble keeping it behind the zipper. NMFJ Ad Agency became an empire mainly popular for a sterling digital fluency and outstanding creativity. Brands scrambled for them. Although they had contrasting personalities, they were a functional duo. Nerudo quickly settled down and married his girlfriend of five years Melissa and as for FJ, he simply never grew up. He behaved like a frat boy with the libido of a hyena.

Sasha took a gulp of wine straight from the bottle and wiped her tears with the back of her hand. She stared at the Facebook post and felt her chest tighten in a vice like grip. “Happy 8th wedding anniversary to my soulmate, my bestfriend and mother of my children. I love you…always and forever.” The caption to a wedding picture with a young Nerudo and his wife. Sasha felt nauseated by the 125 congratulatory comments. How dare he, the nerve of this manipulative adulterer. Wait a minute, she read the post again. “Mother of my children.” Hold on they had one child, Paida plus 3 miscarriages. Hell no, is she pregnant again? She quickly typed Melissa P. Matavire on her Facebook search box. They were friends ofcourse with this psuedo account of an old white lady called Mary-beth. Melissa’s feed was full of motivational quotes. Typical boring wife, Sasha thought. She scrolled down and there it was, a whole album of a baby shower. She was pregnant! Nerudo said they slept in different rooms, said they stopped being intimate with his wife and here she was, heavily pregnant….I really am a fool. Sasha dropped her phone and started bawling her eyes out like a defiant toddler. She threw her self on the floor while clutching her chest. The pain was too much, she cried then eventually fell asleep on the floor, spent, heartbroken and drunk. It had been two weeks since Nerudo broke up with her and she was far from coping. She turned to the bottle, wine, beer and any kind of hard liquor, she didn’t care as long as she was numb and intoxicated. Sasha grew up in a children’s home, an institutionalized kid who never knew real love or warmth. Some kids from the home were lucky to find their relatives but for Sasha, it seemed she was doomed to be alone. She was told her mother asked a lady at a clinic to hold her baby while she used the bathroom and never returned. Leaving 3 month old Sasha at a baby clinic with a stranger. Her tough upbringing made her a ruthless determined woman. The orphanage named her Tinashe Katava, but she later changed her name to Sasha Anderson.

Melissa craddled her belly and licked her lips nervously. She peeked out of the window and saw him walking towards her room. He was tall, dark and his eyes, his eyes always felt like they bore into her soul. He was beautiful. He walked in to the room and his face lit up at the sight of her. “You’re truly glowing”, and he kissed her forehead. She kept quiet and took a deep breathe. “Aye, babes what’s wrong?”, he inquired, cupping her face in his hands. Melissa pulled away from him and walked towards the window. “We can not keep doing this FJ, Nerudo is different now and I owe it to our marriage to give it a try.” She said. “No, no babe you can’t do this, listen we are having a baby!.” She shook her head in protest, “I am not sure if this baby is yours FJ, stop pacing!” FJ was pacing in the room clearly upset. With Melissa he was a different man, he would do anything for her and it had never happened to him but he loved this woman. “Two weeks only and Nerudo is suddenly the husband of the decade? Don’t be naive Mel.” Melissa looked at him with sadness. “Farie, he is my husband, do you understand that?.” She said softly her eyes welling up with tears. “C’mon don’t give me that crap, that man has treated you like shit! And the only time you actually leave him he suddenly changes? You really believe that act Mel? Do you?”. He looked pleadingly at her, knelt down and held her hand “Listen babe, I love you, I love more than anything just tell me what you want right now and I will do it.” Melissa snatched her hand from him, ” I want you to leave this room and forget about us and the baby.” FJ looked at her incredulously, ” I am sorry I can’t and I will not. I can feel it that this is my baby, I don’t know if the universe is playing a joke but you and I belong together.” The first time FJ laid his eyes on Melissa he was never the same again. Nerudo brought her to the office 8 years ago. He walked in with her and his jaw literally fell, he had never seen such an exquisite woman. With Melissa he had this overwhelming urge to protect her, to love and care for her. It was such an effortless feeling. He never got to love anyone else and no woman ever measured up to her. “I am so confused right now” she sniffed. FJ took her in his arms, “Just leave the thinking to me, let me love you the way you deserve.” He lowered his head and kissed her gently on the lips, he let his lips brush over hers and then took on a deeper kiss as she opened her mouth to take him in. They inched towards the bed unable to contain the unbridled passion that engulfed both of them into an inferno. At that moment, FJ knew Melissa wasn’t going anywhere.

Sasha burst into Nerudo’s office, ” You fucking bastard!” She spat. Nerudo quickly closed the door and locked it. ” What the hell Sasha? What do you think you are doing?” He looked at her, damn she looked fine, Sasha was a hot mess that he liked to indulge into. “Why is Melissa pregnant you lying sonafabitch!” Nerudo couldn’t help looking at her cleavage, she did this on purpose didn’t she? Coming here with fake outrage. “I don’t owe you an explanation, you need to go now!”, And she smelled good it was distracting. Sasha saw it, so easy it was like taking candy from a baby. He was falling for it, she smiled and began to unhook her dress. “What the -” Sasha pulled him closer and went on her knees unzipping his pants. “One last time Nerudo, just one last time” Sasha cajoled him. Nerudo sighed and closed his eyes, maybe one last time wouldn’t hurt. Damn you Sasha.

Sasha walked out of his office grinning like a fool. As she walked outside she hit a number on speed dial, ” Hello sekuru….yes I got his sperm…okay, on my way right now”

Kobe and Gigi Bryant 💔💔

My deepest condolences to the Bryant family, friends, fans all over the world with special Mention to Vanessa Bryant and her three daughters. I am shattered by the passing of Kobe Bryant and his Daughter Gigi in a helicopter crash last night. Such a tragic moment the world is at a stand still, we lost a legend. Kobe and Shaq were my inspiration. I played basketball ball since I was 10, from the school team, to the provincial team both Mash west and East, to the national team and pursed league basketball. I am utterly shattered. Strength to the families who lost their loved ones in that crush, may their souls rest in perfect peace.

“I have self-doubt. I have insecurity. I have fear of failure. I have nights when I show up at the arena and I’m like, ‘My back hurts, my feet hurt, my knees hurt. I don’t have it. I just want to chill.’ We all have self-doubt. You don’t deny it, but you also don’t capitulate to it. You embrace it.”

Kobe Bryant
